By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 777u platform at 777u.im ("the Platform", "777u", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "User", or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with the 777u Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of any feature of 777u — including browsing the game lobby, placing bets, or making deposits — constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777u with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 777u, whether written or oral.

To register and maintain an account on 777u, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777u enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with our legal obligations.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 777u is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not as a representative, agent, or employee of any business or legal entity.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of a 777u employee or affiliated company.
• You are not registered on any applicable self-exclusion list or responsible gaming register at the time of registration.
• You have not previously had a 777u account closed or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on 777u at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your 777u account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address or Pakistani mobile number. You undertake to keep this information current and accurate at all times by updating it promptly through your account settings or by contacting 777u customer support.

777u reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage in order to verify your identity, age, source of funds, or ownership of payment methods. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for the security of your 777u account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 777u customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

777u will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

All transactions on the 777u Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777u supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Specific minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method are displayed on the cashier page.

Deposits are credited to your 777u wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a processing delay, please contact 777u customer support with your transaction reference number.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section at the time of the withdrawal request.
• 777u processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within 30 minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically settle within one business day.
• 777u reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to approving any withdrawal, including requesting proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from your balance prior to withdrawal processing.
• 777u does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777u bears no responsibility.

777u offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, the following general rules apply to all 777u bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement ("rollover") is stated on each promotion page. Where both real money and bonus funds are present in your account, real money is always used first.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all. Full contribution tables are available on the promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
• Maximum Bet Rule: When playing with an active bonus, you may not place a single bet exceeding the maximum bet amount stated for that promotion. Violation of this rule may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: 777u actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy rollover requirements, collusion between players, and use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. 777u reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where abuse is detected.

777u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.

All casino games available on the 777u Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and specialty games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by 777u's software providers are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed in the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or disconnection during a game round, the following rules apply:

• If a technical fault occurs before a game round is completed, the round may be declared void and the stake returned to your account balance.
• If a technical fault results in an incorrect display of winnings or game outcomes, the game provider's server logs will be used to determine the correct result. The server record is final.
• 777u is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or network interruptions on the player's side.

Winnings arising from technical errors, software bugs, or any other platform malfunction are void and will not be paid out. 777u reserves the right to recover any funds incorrectly credited to a player's account as a result of a technical error.

777u's sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket, PSL, international T20 and Test cricket, and a range of other sports and events. All sports bets placed on the 777u Platform are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the time of placing the bet.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets shown as "pending" are not confirmed until the system processes them.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you request a bet and the time it is processed, 777u may accept the bet at the new odds, decline the bet, or request your approval for the new odds depending on your betting preferences settings.
• Event Cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live Betting: In-play markets are subject to suspension at any time, particularly during significant moments of play (e.g., wickets, boundaries, video reviews). 777u is not liable for bets that cannot be placed due to a market suspension.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-bet payout limit applies and is displayed in the sportsbook. Winnings exceeding this limit will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the bet size or odds.
• Integrity: 777u cooperates with sporting integrity bodies to monitor for suspicious betting patterns. Bets placed on events where match-fixing is suspected may be voided pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777u Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. 777u reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to retain any balance associated with such an account pending investigation:

• Creating or operating more than one 777u account simultaneously.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate bet placement.
• Exploiting any software bug, vulnerability, or technical error in the Platform to generate winnings. Any winnings generated via known or suspected bugs are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any financial transaction that constitutes or facilitates a criminal offence under applicable Pakistani or international law.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing any third party to use your 777u account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777u staff, live dealers, or other players via any channel, including live chat.
• Abusing the bonus system, including through systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent ("bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring").

All content on the 777u Platform — including but not limited to the 777u brand name and logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, text, software code, marketing materials, and promotional content — is the intellectual property of 777u or its licensed software and content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777u.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the 777u name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

Any unauthorised use of 777u's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability and will be actively pursued by 777u's legal representatives.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777u, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including deposit processing delays or withdrawal holds.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or payout calculations that has been corrected in accordance with the error correction procedures stated in these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. 777u does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times, though we make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and data security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 777u's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777u will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact 777u customer support to request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777u holds its operating licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or to your use of the 777u Platform, shall first be submitted to 777u's customer support team for resolution through internal complaint-handling procedures.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures within 30 days of being formally raised, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by 777u's licensing authority.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the Platform shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or group claim.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777u from seeking emergency injunctive relief in any competent court to prevent irreparable harm arising from a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
